Candle-Lighted Nights

Wandering through my
Mind at night.
I have found someone
To think about.
When I need light,
She glows for me.

Someone to sleep to,
Someone to hold.
If I could only
Reach her,
I'd say,
"I love you."

Sleepy nights come
And pass,
But the feeling
Remains so strong.
I wish you and me
Shared a memory.

I can’t descibe myself
Since you came along.
Nothing makes sense,
Yet the world is a better place.
